Ricardo Hall is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica (ICAJ). He obtained his professional accountancy and business management certification from the globally recognized Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He is a Trained Management Consultant (trained in ISO 20700:2017) and is named on the CMC-Global - IMC Caribbean list of trained consultants. Mr. Hall has over 18 years experience in auditing and accounting. A specialist in performance (value for money) audit, Mr. Hall is highly skilled in assessing organizations' operational and financial performance and the effectiveness of corporate governance activities, including systems of internal controls, enterprise and operational risk management. He has strong analytical, critical thinking and report writing skills. Mr. Hall has extensive training and experience in developing operational frameworks and tools to guide business processes to achieve strategic objectives.
Petal Hall, MBA, JP
Petal Hall is a professional Banker with more than 20 years in the Banking and Financial Services. She holds a Master of Business Administration in General Management from the Mona School of Business at the University of the West Indies, and a Bachelor of Business Administration with emphasis in Banking and Finance and a minor in International Business from the University of Technology, Jamaica. Mrs. Hall hones and boasts in-depth knowledge of customer service, sales, banking, credit, risk management and extensive knowledge of the residential and commercial real estate markets. Her expertise and know-how on mortgage consultancy services will help potential buyers on the complete process in an effort to build their real estate investment portfolio. A well renowned customer service specialist, Mrs. Hall is able to offer world-class customer service and sales solutions to businesses who struggle to offer excellent customer experience. Her ability and expertise also involve guiding potential business owners to develop, build and launch successful business plans.
